Responsibilities:
- Conduct biochemistry, analytical, and raw material testing for in-process and marketed products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures for lot release.
- Perform Quality Tag Out for equipment such as freezers, water baths, etc.
- Support laboratory operations, including method transfer, equipment qualification, calibration, cleaning, and maintenance; manage reagent and consumable purchases and receipts, waste disposal, reagent and media preparation, critical reagent management, and document management.
- Review lot release data and identify discrepancies in testing
- Assist in writing SOPs, change plans, and change records (document revisions)
- Handle QC sample receipt, assay, and release procedures.
- Assist with audit preparation and related activities.
- Follow test procedures according to USP, JP, and EP standards.
- Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors in biology, biochemistry and chemistry or related science degree
- Able to commit to 12 hour rotating day/night shift
