- Monitor trends & analyze issues:
- Track delivery trends, investigate stuck/lost parcels, longer lead time of delivery, and develop reports with improvement plans for implementation.
- Establish processes & draft SOPs:
- Set up new operational processes, draft SOPs, and ensure clear communication to relevant teams.
- Resolve escalations:
- Address escalated issues (e.g., misdelivered, stuck, lost, or damaged parcels) promptly and accurately.
- Test features & implement rollouts:
- Support the testing and implementation of new operational features.
- Conduct quality checks & improve processes:
- Perform sample checks on various ops processes, such as delivery proofs, and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead projects & execute tasks:
- Manage and participate in mini-projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in logistics, fleet management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans effectively.
- Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Multitask: Able to manage different tasks and ensure deadlines are met
