  • Monitor trends & analyze issues:
    • Track delivery trends, investigate stuck/lost parcels, longer lead time of delivery, and develop reports with improvement plans for implementation.
  • Establish processes & draft SOPs:
    • Set up new operational processes, draft SOPs, and ensure clear communication to relevant teams.
  • Resolve escalations:
    • Address escalated issues (e.g., misdelivered, stuck, lost, or damaged parcels) promptly and accurately.
  • Test features & implement rollouts:
    • Support the testing and implementation of new operational features.
  • Conduct quality checks & improve processes:
    • Perform sample checks on various ops processes, such as delivery proofs, and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead projects & execute tasks:
    • Manage and participate in mini-projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in logistics, fleet management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics tracking systems.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
