Job Scope:
  • Ensure smooth running and coordination of clientprogrammes/events/trainings (digital/onsite), including liaising with internal colleagues, partners, vendors and volunteers etc.
  • Participate in the conceptualization and planning of client programmes/projects
  • Assist with the recruitment, management, and training of volunteers
  • Plan and conduct surveys for programmes and collate and evaluate collated feedback
  • Assist the team in KPI tracking and data collection
  • Assist the team in preparing marketing and publicity materials for programmes were required and distribute such materials to partners and stakeholders
  • Undertake procurement-related work, including procuring of bus transport, catering and programme-related services, liaising with vendors
  • Assist the team with general email correspondences
  • Update collaterals in team inventory
  • Other inter/cross-departmental projects as assigned

  • Experience in community engagement, partnerships, programming, volunteer management, organizing community-based events
  • Prior work experience preferred with background in creative writing, community engagement, project/event management, partnerships, arts programming, volunteer management
  • Experience working with community groups, volunteers, and stakeholders in the social service sector will be advantageous
  • Dynamic, highly driven individual with strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, administration and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and experience with creative design platforms such as Canva
  • Experience with data analysis will be advantageous
  • Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective team player capable of working independently and as a team when required
  • Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends if required
