- Prior work experience preferred with background in creative writing, community engagement, project/event management, partnerships, arts programming, volunteer management
- Experience working with community groups, volunteers, and stakeholders in the social service sector will be advantageous
- Dynamic, highly driven individual with strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, administration and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and experience with creative design platforms such as Canva
- Experience with data analysis will be advantageous
- Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective team player capable of working independently and as a team when required
- Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends if required
