The role requires collaboration with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of compensation policies, while also managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Additionally, the analyst will focus on workforce planning analysis, utilizing data to forecast workforce needs, identify trends, and optimize resource allocation. This includes creating reports and dashboards to track key workforce metrics and support strategic decision-making. The role involves providing guidance and training to HR and management teams, conducting audits, and supporting annual budgeting processes related to compensation and benefits.
