Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive / Content Creator works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing, such as increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement and conversions.
You will be the key person in charge of executing the company digital marketing campaigns, which includes:
- Assisting the team in developing the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Implementing digital marketing activities across a broad range of channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
- Managing and maintaining the company’s owned media, including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
- Creating and managing relevant, engaging digital content for various digital platforms
- Developing different content types (e.g., videos, articles, infographics) with the appropriate tone and style, adhering to style guidelines
- Targeting content to specific audiences while focusing on trending topics
- Managing social media marketing campaigns, digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic) and SEO campaigns
- Conducting research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and the end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions
- Analysing digital marketing analytics reports and sharing insights with the team to develop optimisation plans
- Staying abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and sharing insights with the team
What will the Right Person look like?
- Applicants with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or related field, with 1 to 3 years relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
- You have a portfolio and a proven track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns.
- You are experienced in uploading content to various content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Wix, XSite etc.
- You have a strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- You demonstrate a range of marketing skills from strategic thinking to creative execution.
