Job Title: Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the Scrum team's adherence to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of digital channel projects.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure team performance and project success.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the team.

Required Skills:

  • 12-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully running Digital Channel projects in the private banking domain, including RM Portal, Client Portal, and Client Relationship Management projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with other project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the private banking domain.
