Job Title: Scrum Master
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the Scrum team's adherence to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of digital channel projects.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and methodologies.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure team performance and project success.
- Drive the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the team.
Required Skills:
- 12-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully running Digital Channel projects in the private banking domain, including RM Portal, Client Portal, and Client Relationship Management projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with other project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the private banking domain.
