About the Role

Ignite Search is a specialist recruitment company within the Technology & Renewables space, located in Singapore.

We are working with an international Technology Agency who are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across Southeast Asia.

This role will focus on talent acquisition, HR strategy, and business partnerships, ensuring a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on HR professional with regional experience in managing diverse teams and driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Design and implement engagement programs, team-building activities, and performance recognition initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and serve as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Ensure all HR policies comply with local labour laws & regulations across SEA
  • Manage employee relations, contracts, and payroll coordination in partnership with finance teams.
  • Drive performance appraisal processes, ensuring continuous feedback and professional development.
  • Implement training and career growth programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Support leadership in succession planning and workforce development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on regional HR operations in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations across multiple SEA countries.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR Operations.
  • Excellent Stakeholder management experience with the capability to juggle different project concurrently
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in HRIS implementation and digital HR transformation.
  • Background in technology, marketing, or professional services industries.
  • Familiarity with organisational change management and HR analytics.
