  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs related to Salesforce functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance and support to users.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce features, including but not limited to: custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce capabilities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
