
Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (Technology)
Job Description
About the role
As a trusted advisor to technology leaders, this role develops and implements HR strategies that align with organizational goals, driving critical processes such as performance management, workforce planning, and reward initiatives. It ensures the effective management of the employee life cycle, promoting engagement, well-being, and a high-performance culture while overseeing key Group HR initiatives. Collaborating with managers and talent teams, the role supports talent management through attracting top technology talent, facilitating development programs, and implementing retention strategies like secondments and internal transfers. Additionally, it ensures smooth employee relations, resolving grievances in line with legal frameworks and company policies.
The role also leads organizational transformation efforts, supporting the setup of Global Tech Product Teams by implementing operating models, driving workforce and succession planning, and addressing global HR challenges. Partnering with leadership, it facilitates change management strategies to ensure the adoption of new ways of working and cultural transformation. In collaboration with compensation teams, the role ensures fair reward practices, managing salary reviews, benchmarking, and promotions. Leveraging HR metrics and analytics, it delivers data-driven insights to monitor workforce trends, guide decisions, and address key challenges effectively.
What we'll like to see in you
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Possessed at least 12 years of HR generalist experience with proven HR Business Partner capabilities. This role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, talent management strategies, along with a proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization. Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate complex HR challenges effectively. Experience with HR tools and systems, such as Workday, is a plus, offering an opportunity to optimize and streamline HR processes.
