- Manage the day-to-day calendar, including organizing meetings and managing schedule.
- Provide travel support for Visa applications, flight reservations and hotel bookings for the leadership and the extended team.
- Schedule, coordinate appointments for the leadership team and assist in all meeting preparation which includes setting up conferences call across different time-zones.

- Provides support for pitches as required, providing coordination and support as well as liaising across offices and with the APAC team
- Plan team events
- Basic deck making like Org Charts, compilation of info.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in assisting an executive-level team. Experience in an agency environment is ideal.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Highly organized and flexible; resilient, mature and able to deal with stress and ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a fundamentally sound manner
- Team player with strong interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- You work well in a fast paced environment and are a proactive self-starter with excellent communication in both verbal and written English.
