Information Technology Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Operation Manager (Infrastructure ) and your role and responsibilities will be as below:

Job Description:

• Manage Infrastructure services in meeting SLAs and IT Security Standards and Policies.
• Manage Infrastructure Incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having re-occurrence of incidents.
• Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring.
• Manage Infrastructure contracts and operating budget in meeting the agreed budget utilization.
• Provide Infrastructure support and services in all stages of application deployment, testing and production.
• Deliver Infrastructure services in meeting business needs, within agreed budget, duration and quality.

Required Role’s competencies, skills & knowledge

• Relevant experience of at least 4 plus years using Cloud Service Providers, preferably with AWS experiences, Infrastructure as Code. (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Familiar with Security/InfoSec practices.
• Certifications with Cloud Service Providers. (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect)
