- A bachelor's degree in organisational development, human resources, public health, business administration, or a related field. • Proven track record of at least 5 years in organisational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives within the public sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Understanding of public health systems, communicable disease management, and the landscape in Singapore preferred. • Demonstrated strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive organisational change and transformation. • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies.
