ALG is currently hiring a Human Resource Executive for our MRO client based in the East of Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to grow in payroll operations, compensation & benefits (C&B) administration, and vendor coordination. This is a renewable one-year contract that includes a completion bonus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support payroll processing, including data entry, timesheet verification, and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, IR21)
  • Assist in audits, final settlements, and compliance checks
  • Serve as a backup for the Senior Payroll Officer when needed
  • Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, WIC claims) and maintain records
  • Oversee employee confirmation processes and administrative tasks
  • Verify subcontractor timesheets and coordinate invoicing
  • Liaise with vendors for staff welfare programs, gifts, and medical appointments
  • Assist in C&B-related tender processes, including document preparation and vendor coordination
  • Support data collection, cost estimates, and proposal evaluations
  • Manage card access, leave applications, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain compliance records and tracking systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll, benefits, and C&B queries

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll and/or C&B administration
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS).
  • Experience in vendor management and subcontractor coordination
