- What you'll be doing on a daily basis -

  • You'll oversee all aspects of project management for individual projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and risk management from planning through to closeout.
  • You'll be reading, intepreting and applying standard documents (related to real estate projects), such as agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • You'll directly interface with clients to define project requirements - documenting scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification strategies.
  • You'll facilitate project meetings and implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to ensure that clients and project resources remain informed.
  • You'll ensure that project documentation governance aligns with both company and client requirements - maintaining accurate, timely, and coordinated project data integrity and documentation.
  • You'll track project progress against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines - reporting status and variances, while also creating action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules.
  • You'll implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. You'll assess change requests to determine impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • You'll actively and promptly implement standard risk management routines to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
