Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with daily cargo bookings across various airline products.
  • Reserve capacity with airlines and confirm availability with customers.
  • Stay familiar with the specific requirements of different airline products and provide customers with the appropriate guidance.
  • Support the administration of cargo bookings, including loading flight reservations into the system/template and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multiple parties such as customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to meet shipment requirements.
  • Track and monitor shipment status, keeping customers updated as necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and promptly address their inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing data is provided.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement(s):
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as airfreight customer service, co-loading, etc.
  • At least Diploma in Logistics Operations or any discipline
  • Familiarity with the CCN system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work on shifts and weekends as required.
