- Assist customers with daily cargo bookings across various airline products.
- Reserve capacity with airlines and confirm availability with customers.
- Stay familiar with the specific requirements of different airline products and provide customers with the appropriate guidance.
- Support the administration of cargo bookings, including loading flight reservations into the system/template and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with multiple parties such as customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to meet shipment requirements.
- Track and monitor shipment status, keeping customers updated as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and promptly address their inquiries.
- Work closely with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing data is provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as airfreight customer service, co-loading, etc.
- At least Diploma in Logistics Operations or any discipline
- Familiarity with the CCN system.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on shifts and weekends as required.
