Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and manage floor service
Assist in the planning and execution of daily operations
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and cleanliness
Manage inventory and stock control, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Perform order taking and cashiering duties accurately, including food preparation and ensuring orders are prepared accurately.
Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations
Exhibit effective communication skills
Display strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise
Requirements:
N levels (Singaporeans) or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Tourism / F&B Management or a related (Work Pass Holders)
No experience required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
