- Assist in event setup and teardown, including event booth and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide on-site support during events, handling logistics and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure all event materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Participate actively in event execution when required.
- Safely transport event materials, equipment, and staff to and from event locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned company vehicle.
- Assist in loading and unloading event equipment.
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
- At least a Class 3 driving license.
- Prior experience in event logistics or a similar role is an advantage.
- Physically fit to handle event setup and teardown.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late shifts based on event requirements.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible and punctual with a strong sense of initiative.
