Sales Director (MNC), Asia-Pacific & Japan
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales Director to lead our cloud business initiatives for multinational corporation (MNC) customers entering the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) regions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep network of relationships with CXOs of these MNCs and will be instrumental in driving our sales growth in this key market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to MNC customers in the APJ region, with the goal of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the cloud business.
2. Relationship Management: Leverage existing relationships with CXOs and senior executives of MNC customers to foster strong partnerships and deliver customized cloud solutions that meet their business needs.
3. Collaboration: Work strategically with internal teams, including software developers, IT infrastructure, software designers, and architects, to ensure alignment and delivery of cloud services that exceed customer expectations.
4. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the APJ region, expanding our footprint in the cloud market among multinational corporations.
5. Leadership and Mentorship: Oversee and guide the sales team, providing mentorship and training to enhance their skills and capabilities in selling cloud solutions.
6. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess sales performance against targets, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimally 10 years in sales management, with a proven track record in the cloud business sector. Demonstrable success in managing and growing key accounts within MNC customers is essential.
2. Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the cloud market and trends, particularly within the context of the APJ region.
3. Relationship Building: Established and maintained deep relationships with CXOs of MNC customers, with a strong ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
4. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in cloud technologies are advantageous.
