Our client, an established company with over 20 years of experience in commodities trading across diverse regions, is seeking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial management and contribute to the organization's continued growth and success.
The CFO will lead a team of 20 professionals based in Singapore and China and will oversee all aspects of strategic financial planning, implementation and management including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance. Reporting to the Managing Director, the CFO will provide strategic recommendations, review all the company's formal procedures, and play a pivotal role in securing credit lines and trade finance facilities from banks to support the company's operations and growth initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
- Possess at least a Master/ Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- CA/CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum 12 years experience, with a proven track record in leadership and management
- APAC region experience, with a strong emphasis on China
- Strong knowledge of trade financing and facilities
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English as the role is required to communicate with Chinese speaking associates/counterparts
- Significant experience within Commodity Trading industry
