- The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible to lead the development and implementation of customer specific marketing programs with retailers to drive top line sales objective.

- As a key stakeholder in managing the ROI process, perform ongoing business analysis and create recommendations for marketing mix elements and other business building initiatives.
- Ensure that the Trade Sales team flawlessly executes merchandising and category management activities.
- Leverage category, channel, and consumer insights/trends to develop compelling selling stories, custom sales presentations, training and selling materials, and marketing communication.
- Collaborate with retail marketing partners to ensure brand integrity across business channels, delivery of consistent brand messaging and effective implementation of marketing assets.
- Manage relationships with agency partners and other key vendors
- Participate in and lead sales meetings and customer presentations
- Assist in developing and executing customer plans; maintains account relationships
- Fiscally accountable for managing within an assigned budget
- University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
- 10 years relevant FMCG experience in trade sales, key account management, marketing, category management and trade marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with good business acumen
- Strategic thinking ability with emphasis on sound tactical decision making
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage/lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers and partners
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationship with customers and functional groups.
