You are the main liaison between NSmen and the NS management system.What you will be working on:- Support NSmen in human resource and administrative matters - Coordinate training for NSmen - Manage feedback from NSmen and contribute to creating a positive NS experience - Plan and manage NS HR administration for all ranks and levels - Conduct National Service succession planning Challenge(s) - Understanding the unique demands of the NS system - Balancing the needs of NSmen with organisational requirements - Ensuring effective HR administration across all ranks and levelsWhat we are looking for:- At least 2 years of experience in related fields is preferred - Good command of English (written and oral) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to define problems, generate ideas, evaluate solutions, implement and assess outcomes - Understanding of NS policies and administration Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
