  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee service delivery and business growth by planning linehaul operations and closely monitoring shipment movements to meet established SOPs and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure seamless shipment delivery to the final destination.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and implement new products and strategies.
  • Manage strategic procurement and maintain strong vendor relationships with airlines and other service providers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop compelling value propositions for new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with airlines to coordinate shipment details.
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Job Requirement(s):
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in airfreight or a related field.
  • At least Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Access.
  • Well-versed in Sales and Operations, with frontline experience being an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and travel overseas when required.
  • Candidates proficient in both English and Chinese are preferred (to communicate effectively with English- and Chinese-speaking customers and associates).
