What You’ll Gain:
As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in:
1. Teaching & Classroom Management – Learn how to engage students and deliver effective lessons.
2. Syllabus Development & Content Creation – Contribute to lesson planning and curriculum improvements.
3. Tuition Centre Administration – Understand the operational aspects of running a learning centre.
4. Customer & Partner Management – Develop communication skills to interact with parents, students, and business partners to foster strong relationships.
5. Sales & Marketing (including Social Media Marketing) – Gain hands-on experience in promoting educational programmes, managing social media campaigns, and engaging potential students.
What We Offer:
- 5-day work week (35 hours per week)
- 4 weeks of annual block leave

Who We're Looking For:
- Candidates with rights to work in Singapore only
- Diploma or University graduates (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong math background with an interest in teaching

- Interested in education marketing and content promotion, particularly on social media platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with parents and business partners effectively
- No prior teaching experience is required – full training will be provided!
