Our client, a Chinese petrochemical company engaged in the production and distribution of various petroleum and chemical products with more than 3 billion (USD) in operating revenue.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management of the joint venture (JV) in Middle East. In addition, the incumbent will establish a financial management system, and manage relationships between the JV and its shareholders.

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Accountancy, Banking & Finance or equivalent from a Reputable University
- Working experience is Big 4 Auditing firm is an advantage
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience within Petrochemicals, oil & gas, or related industry
- Impressive abilities in interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of robust connections with key stakeholders.
- Willing to travel to Middle East to view the project development
- Fluent Mandarin is required to communicate to Chinese counterparts.
