About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure while ensuring automation, security, and efficiency. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of cloud infrastructure and application services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment workflows.
- Design and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Docker and ECS/Kubernetes.
- Administer and optimize cloud environments, primarily in AWS.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of distributed systems.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, and ELK.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system architecture and reliability.
- Perform Linux server administration and automate tasks using Bash and other scripting languages.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Follow Agile methodologies, working within SCRUM or KANBAN frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native services.
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and system architecture.
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices and automation tools.
- Experience working with monitoring and logging tools.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and KANBAN.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with highly scalable distributed systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments.
