FULL TIME ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR - SMOOY FROZEN YOGURT
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Supervisor to join our team at our yogurt shop. As the Assistant Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising the service crew, and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service. Your role will include managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and helping to create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Lead by example to ensure a positive, friendly experience for all customers.
- Staff Supervision: Assist in managing and training the service crew, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of supplies and perform regular inventory checks.
- Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store recipes and standards
- Operational Tasks: Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining store organization.
- Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Skills:
Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control, and hygiene practices.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
