Role Purpose(s)
As a Marketing Communications Executive at CrimsonLogic, you will be responsible for the development and execution of global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads/demand for the company’s products and services. You will be an integral member of the CrimsonLogic’s Group Marketing & Communications Team, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Marketing campaign implementation and execution
- Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels
- Content creation and sales enablement collateral development
- Support brand building initiatives
- Event planning and execution
- Reporting on key metrics, campaign performance and ROI
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute channel initiatives, providing data-driven insights to evaluate and improve performance.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Implement and manage performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including ad setup, audience targeting, copywriting, creative review, and budget adjustments.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to campaign management, conducting tests, deriving insights, validating hypotheses, and recommending optimizations.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance against set targets, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Execute marketing communication strategies and content initiatives across digital platforms.
- Create electronic digital mailers (eDMs) for CRM-driven email drip campaigns.
- Maintain and manage the organization’s website.
- Write and update company and service information for digital assets, including websites, brochures, and other collateral.
- Coordinate with external vendors for seamless participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Maintain and update marketing and CRM databases.
- Support billing, reporting, and invoicing for marketing-related expenses and documentation.
- Take on ad-hoc projects as required to support overall marketing objectives.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or any other relevant field
Working Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in product marketing, B2B, or government marketing roles
- Experience in a tech company is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation and demand generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO and Google Ads SEM.
- Familiarity with EDM tools and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).
- Ability to analyze marketing data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Skills Required
Must-have skills
- Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription-based business models and understanding how to market these products effectively to customers.
- Able to coordinate and execute SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to optimize campaigns.
- Marketing analytics tools expertise such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Zoho to refine campaigns.
- Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Stripo for creating visual assets.
- Go-To-Market execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product.
- Emerging tech fluency – use tools like ChatGPT to scale content production.
- Agility – iterate campaigns rapidly based on market feedback.
Preferable skills
- Technical acumen - basic understanding of the technology behind the products being marketed (e.g. AI, machine learning) to better communicate value propositions.
- Event planning and execution experience.
- Experience with video content creation and editing, including product demos, tutorials, or customer testimonials to enhance marketing efforts.
- Experience with global markets, helping to localize marketing efforts for different regions.
