- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
