Analyst Programmer (.Net) with experience in Call Centre Systems
Job Description
Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in application development, programming, and systems support.
o Have good knowledge and skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, .Net technologies and tools.
Good communication, strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Experience in .Net Platforms Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS) Server, HIS Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Good to have experiences with Contact (Call) Centre systems.
Good to have experiences with Amazon Connect.
Programming languages
Experience in one or more of the following:
HTML
Java
Microsoft C#
Python
