  • Responsible for the effective management of the full spectrum of HR in areas including but not limited to performance management, learning and talent development, talent acquisition, employee engagement & relations, compensation & benefits
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
  • Play an advisory role to business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives. Act as point of contact for complex HR issues, providing advice as appropriate based on local laws and legislations
  • Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of HR professionals, enabling them to drive results based on business goals and strategies, by defining and executing specific people-focused initiatives
Role requirements
  • Degree qualified with 10 to 15 years experience across the full spectrum of HR, and at least 3 years of people management experience
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
  • Possess strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor, create new ideas, and nurture talent
