- conduct applied research, using extensive application of both theoretical and psychological knowledge.

- The ability to write clearly and concisely and the ability to make effective presentations (e.g. during meetings)
- A Bachelor’s degree (with honours) from programme in psychology or Social Work is preferred
- Preference for candidates who have completed a dissertation.
- At least 2 years of work experience in psychology / related behavioural sciences is preferred.
- Good writing, analytical and communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of statistics and proficiency in the use of statistical software.
- Passion in contributing to the reintegration and rehabilitation sector.
- Have passion to work with correctional stakeholders.
- Contract Period: 12 months
- Salary: $3380
- Working hours: 8.15 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Thur); 8.15 am to 5.15 pm (Fri)
