*Overview:*

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong background in selling mobile plans and establishing fibre communications for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will combine traditional telecom expertise with an in-depth understanding of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks—including business development, negotiation, contract management, networking, partnership management, and sales channel management—while leveraging advanced AI platforms to drive lead generation, optimize sales pipelines, and deliver innovative ICT solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Sales Pipeline & Target Achievement:

* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed allocated sales targets.

* Leverage AI-powered sales forecasting and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Microsoft Dynamics 365 AI) to identify and nurture cold leads through proactive cold calling and outreach.

Opportunity Identification & Client Solutions:

* Identify market opportunities for mobile plans, fibre communications, and integrated ICT services, including AI-enhanced solutions.

* Prepare and deliver tailored client proposals that incorporate advanced AI technologies such as:

* Predictive analytics and machine learning platforms for customer behavior and network performance analysis.

* Conversational AI solutions (e.g., IBM Watson Assistant, Google Dialogflow) for enhanced customer engagement.

* AI-driven network optimization tools that improve service reliability and efficiency.

Client Relationship & Partnership Management:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

* Effectively manage business negotiations, contract management, and partnership development.

* Develop and manage strategic sales channels and networks to maximize market penetration.

Inbound/Outbound Engagement:

* Handle inbound and outbound enquiries in a well-structured and professional manner.

* Utilize AI-enhanced tools for lead scoring and market segmentation to convert cold calls into successful business opportunities.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

* Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies in telecommunications.

* Use data-driven insights from AI analytics to inform business strategies and tailor solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline, or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level or ITE, with or without experience. (Training will be provided)

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales and customer service will be an advantage

  • Previous telco sales experience will be an advantage.

  • Good working attitude and a dependable Team Player in a fast paced environment

  • A highly motivated individual who is driven by sales targets & commission

  • Effectively bilingual with pleasant and cheerful personality

  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service quality to customers

  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice period preferred.

Attractive Remuneration:

Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + commission
