- Good knowledge of employment law and legislative requirements.
- Legal authorisation to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in MS office products, e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and may require working beyond office hours if situation dictates.
- Willingness to have a 'service' attitude whilst attending to staff's issue.
- Will be required to attend/support meetings, conferences, seminars and company functions.
