Job Description:Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to automate various manufacturing processes and operations
  • Lead a team of automation engineers and technicians to design, configure, and maintain automated systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Oversee the testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated equipment and systems
  • Analyse data and metrics to continually optimize the performance of automated processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
  • Perform internal quality system audit
  • Provide training and support to production staff on the use of automated systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an automation, medical or manufacturing engineering role
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing automated systems
  • Strong technical expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial robotics
  • Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949, familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP and IOPQ
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of automation professionals
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to industrial automation
