  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement and oversee process improvement programs focused on productivity and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Address employee grievances in collaboration with HR.
  • Conduct performance reviews for maintenance technicians and engineering staff.
  • Maintain and enhance workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Train and evaluate staff to ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
  • Ensure timely submission of overtime records.
  • Prepare process documentation and quality plans.
  • Analyze operational data to recommend improvements.
  • Manage and motivate staff for effective maintenance programs.
  • Communicate regularly with production and maintenance teams.
  • Assist in hiring and training production personnel.
  • Maintain and update operating manuals and training materials.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Willingness to work after hours and during non-working days.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering discipline.

Approval Limits:

  • Approve manufacturing instructions, purchase order requisitions, overtime & leave applications.
  • Recruitment & performance appraisals for supervisor level and below.
