As the Director of Solution Architecture, you will lead the design, development, and sales strategy of engineering solutions. - Act as the primary technical authority during pre-sales engagements, leading solution design and technical discussions with customers.
- Develop innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions for ITS (sea, land, air), ICCCTV, C3, Smart Cities, and Facility Management systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of technologies across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, IoT frameworks, and AI-driven automation.
- Lead the creation of technical proposals, architecture blueprints, and system designs that align with industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to craft compelling value propositions that differentiate the company's offerings.
- Lead customer presentations, proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations, and technical workshops to drive solution sales.
- Engage in strategic customer interactions to understand pain points, future growth plans, and technology needs.
- Work closely with customers, regulators, and partners to shape and influence solution adoption.
- Support bid management, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial structuring of deals.
- Oversee cost consolidation and pricing strategies to ensure solutions are both commercially viable and technically superior.
- Optimize bill of materials (BOM), deployment models, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for customers.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and vendor management teams to negotiate competitive pricing and solution offerings.
- Ensure seamless transition from solution sales to project execution, providing high-level guidance during the implementation phase.
- Work with project management and engineering teams to resolve escalations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Establish quality assurance frameworks to ensure adherence to customer expectations and technical specifications.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects, engineers, and technical specialists.
- Develop training programs to enhance pre-sales, technical sales, and solution design capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions in ITS, ICCCTV, C3, Smart Cities, and Facility Management systems.

- Command & Control Centers (C3)
