We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with deep expertise in the .NET framework and a strong understanding of the Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in leading development teams, driving technical architecture, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Experience with Sitecore CMS or other enterprise-level Microsoft technologies is highly desirable. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software applications.

Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture:

  • Design and implement robust and scalable technical architectures using .NET technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for development projects.
  • Drive technical innovation and explore new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Lead the design and implementation of integrations with various systems and APIs.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and maintainability of applications.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
  • Estimate development effort and timelines.
  • Lead the development team in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure proper documentation of technical designs and implementations.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring:

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote continuous learning.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Sitecore/Microsoft Stack Expertise (If applicable):

  • Design and implement Sitecore solutions, including content architecture, templates, and workflows.
  • Develop custom Sitecore modules and integrations.
  • Optimize Sitecore performance and scalability.
  • Utilize other Microsoft stack technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Sitecore/Microsoft stack releases and best practices.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of - 10 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Sitecore CMS or other enterprise-level CMS platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
