Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical and business requirements.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience, including at least five years in architecture and solution design, with a strong focus on Microservices and Agile methodologies.
  • Design and implement scalable application frameworks, covering tools, technologies, APIs, systems, and software while following Agile best practices.
  • Lead third-party integrations, enterprise solutions, and vendor technology implementations to support business needs.
  • Drive new solution initiatives, expanding the company’s technology portfolio with innovative approaches.
  • Play a key role in technology strategy, solution feasibility assessment, and decision-making for complex projects.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and third-party tools, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the entire pre-sales process, from technical scoping to customer presentations and solution architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in complex application projects, solution architecture, and pre-sales consulting.
  • Expertise in cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, covering:
  • Enterprise Java Stack (JEE) and Spring Boot
  • Front-end technologies (ReactJS, Kony, etc.)
  • Mobile applications (Android & iOS)
  • Middleware technologies (Tibco, Solace, Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including Spring Cloud Data, Spring Security, OAuth, and cloud monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with PaaS platforms like Pivotal, Kubernetes, and modern cloud development environments.
  • Familiarity with .NET Core and C# (a plus).
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, ensuring efficient development and deployment processes.
  • Deep knowledge of software design principles, layered architectures, components, and messaging patterns.
  • A strong Pre-Sales professional with experience in the entire sales cycle, especially in Systems Integration (SI).
  • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations that explains technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI and Data Engineering concepts is a plus.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with government and enterprise IT compliance frameworks (e.g., IM8, GCC 2.0, GCC+, HCC)will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Native architectures and containerization is a plus.
