- Provide and facilitate psychological assessments to help clients process their psycho-emotional needs
- Provide counselling and other clinical services for clients
- Provide psycho-education on mental health and conduct other support programmes to help clients cope with their psycho-emotional and relational issues
- Prepare psychological reports for holistic and integrated case management.
- Assist and conduct research project to enhance the quality and effectiveness of services and programmes offered to clients
- Contribute actively to resource library and online knowledge depository especially on clinical, research and psychological issues/materials

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology from a recognized institution
- Experienced in trauma practice and functional family therapy OR mental health concern
- Observant, analytical with caring attitude
- Desire to improve the lives of others
- Excellent communication skills
- Ablity to convey sensitive information to clients, clients' families and collagues
