- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting, to manage pipeline and performance reporting
- Ability to create detailed timelines and ensure key milestones are met.
- Ability to proactively develop and refine detailed processes internally as well as with external vendors.
- Long team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organisation
- Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in work product
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities, to effectively interact with internal teams (incl legal, procurement, HR), 3rd party vendors/agencies as well as client teams
