  • Drive the delivery of client benefits programs from design, pricing and contracting to execution and financial/performance tracking for SG & MY markets, through close coordination with internal teams (sourcing, legal, finance etc), vendors and clients
  • Manage, update and track the managed services financial reporting for 3 markets (SG, MY & TH)
  • Manage end to end hiring process for managed services resources including reviewing profiles, interviews, onboarding and check-ins
  • Work with internal partners such as sourcing, finance and legal, to support execution of managed benefits programs and build strong relationships to optimize processes and delivery.
  • Support the onboarding process for vendors, agencies and partners
  • Document processes, key learnings and best practices
QualificationsWhat you will need
  • 8+ years professional experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working within the banking industry with operational experience within a card portfolio context preferred
  • Superior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex and long-term projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting, to manage pipeline and performance reporting
  • Ability to create detailed timelines and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Ability to proactively develop and refine detailed processes internally as well as with external vendors.
  • Long team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organisation
  • Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in work product
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities, to effectively interact with internal teams (incl legal, procurement, HR), 3rd party vendors/agencies as well as client teams
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, results-oriented individual

  • Ideally worked in project management, product management, vendor management and/or procurement functions
  • Proven experience working as primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including clients, vendors and team members.
  • Expert user of Microsoft office tools particularly excel
  • Post graduate education/Master's degree will be highly regarded
