  • Seek to understand hiring requirements and deeper context behind them, building on your natural curiosity and ability to build relationships with hiring teams
  • Support the development of talent acquisition and DE&I strategies
  • Identify outreach, networking and community building opportunities help identify and engage in advance of open seats
  • Create, lead and develop industry talent maps across sales
  • Identify and engage the highest-level candidates in each subject area, pre-screen and prepare candidates for further hiring process
  • Work with hiring teams to define role scope and sourcing approach, agreeing timelines and desired outcomes
  • Use a range of traditional, advanced and creative search techniques to source both passive and active candidates for both live roles and future pipelines
  • Generate leads and provide market insights using recruitment tools and platforms while continually building your individual network
  • Being data driven - keeping track of response and conversion rates and using this data to iterate and optimise your sourcing strategies
What you bring:
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting in Sales
  • Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, providing sourcing expertise to help guide their recruitment planning
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as boolean, x-ray search, custom search engines, social media channels and other resources
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, being able to engage passive candidates and share the FIS vision
Added bonus if you have:
  • Workday Recruiting experience, Phenom People or similar recruiting CRM experience
  • FinTech industry knowledge
  • Sales recruiting experience
