Responsibilities
- Support ESG advisory projects in the real estate lifecycle, such as master planning, investment, green building certifications, green leasing, property asset repositioning, etc.
- Develop ESG strategy and roadmap for developers, landlords and tenants
- ESG due diligence for real estate investment
- Green Mark Certifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with sustainability targets
- Collaborate with Knight Frank Global ESG Ambassadors and Knight Frank Singapore ESG Taskforce
- Manage research papers and ESG-related publications
Requirements
- Degree or above in related disciplines (building/engineering/sustainability)
- Min. 4 years’ experience in building sustainability industry
- Certified GMAP / GMAAP (Green Mark Accredited Professional); BCA Registered Energy Auditors will be a plus
- Strong understanding of sustainable building practices, energy audit and Green Mark requirements
- Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
- To work well within a team, but still be able to work independently and be self-motivated
