Assistant Manager / Manager, ESG

Responsibilities
  • Support ESG advisory projects in the real estate lifecycle, such as master planning, investment, green building certifications, green leasing, property asset repositioning, etc.
  • Develop ESG strategy and roadmap for developers, landlords and tenants
  • ESG due diligence for real estate investment
  • Green Mark Certifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with sustainability targets
  • Collaborate with Knight Frank Global ESG Ambassadors and Knight Frank Singapore ESG Taskforce
  • Manage research papers and ESG-related publications

Requirements
  • Degree or above in related disciplines (building/engineering/sustainability)
  • Min. 4 years’ experience in building sustainability industry
  • Certified GMAP / GMAAP (Green Mark Accredited Professional); BCA Registered Energy Auditors will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of sustainable building practices, energy audit and Green Mark requirements
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
  • To work well within a team, but still be able to work independently and be self-motivated
