You'll design and maintain test scenarios and cases, collaborate with test engineers and stakeholders, and drive improvements in test processes. Additionally, you'll assist with defect management and perform data analysis to set up quality dashboards using PowerBI.What you will do
  • Review and analyze business and system requirements and develop various test specifications which include Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing and Compliance Testing
  • Perform data analysis and setup of quality dashboard with PowerBI tooling.
  • Conduct trace analysis and execute both manual and automated tests.
  • Design/Develop, review and maintain test scenarios, test cases, test data for manual and automation tests
  • Ensure all test activities adhere to company standards while collaborating with test engineers, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver quality test artifacts and drive continuous innovation and improvement in test processes and technical capabilities
  • Manage test activities, reporting, and defect management for assigned projects, while providing lessons learned based on the analysis of related test statistics.
What you bringExperience
  • Undergraduate in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle and software development/testing background
  • Prior experience in desktop/mobile software testing, with knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps, Selenium, Appium, and bug tracking/test case management tools
  • Experience with C# or Javascript, along with the ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Passionate about testing, detail-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a drive for results.
