Import Executive – Sea Freight Operations Specialist

Job Description:

• Coordinate and communicate with customers, overseas agents, and carriers to ensure smooth import operations.
• Liaise with transporters and consignees for customs clearance and timely delivery of shipments.
• Monitor and follow up on import shipments, regularly checking shipment status.
• Understand and manage customs processes and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process shipments using EDI software.
• Arrange local handling services as required.
• Contribute to internal and departmental reporting, including monthly reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days/week (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sea freight/import operations.
• Knowledge ofIncoterms(preferred).
• Experience withCW1 softwareis an advantage.
