Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to employees via helpdesk or on-site visits.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, such as computers, servers, and printers.
- Help with the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.
- Assist in managing network and system administration tasks.
- Support IT team in project management, data backup, and software updates.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to system configurations, network diagrams, and IT policies.
- Participate in testing and implementing new IT solutions.
- Assist with user training on new systems or technologies.
- Other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT security.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.
