This role is key to expanding Farro & Co’s presence in in India. The role will be full time and based in our office in Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Sales Development:
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients interested in residency and citizenship by investment programs and golden visas.
- Understand and suggest customized mobility solutions aligned with client goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), families, and corporate clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience.
- Provide ongoing support and updates on program developments and application processes.
Market Insights and Strategy:
- Stay updated on global mobility programs, market trends, and legal regulations.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the leadership team for enhancing product offerings.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of client requirements and document preparation.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports.
Key Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in residency and citizenship programs, real estate, wealth management, or investment consulting.

- Knowledge of residency and citizenship programs offered by countries such as Portugal, Malta, UAE, and others.
- Familiarity with financial, legal, and compliance aspects of investment-based mobility programs.
- Multilingual capabilities and experience in the Singapore, Dubai, or Ahmedabad markets.
- Strong understanding of global mobility programs, including citizenship by investment, golden visas, and residency solutions.
- Proven ability to work with HNWIs and manage complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
