Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Sales Development:
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients interested in residency and citizenship by investment programs and golden visas.
  • Understand and suggest customized mobility solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), families, and corporate clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates on program developments and application processes.

Market Insights and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on global mobility programs, market trends, and legal regulations.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the leadership team for enhancing product offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of client requirements and document preparation.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Self motivated entrepreneurial mindset to build a portfolio of potential prospects
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in residency and citizenship programs, real estate, wealth management, or investment consulting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of residency and citizenship programs offered by countries such as Portugal, Malta, UAE, and others.
  • Familiarity with financial, legal, and compliance aspects of investment-based mobility programs.
  • Multilingual capabilities and experience in the Singapore, Dubai, or Ahmedabad markets.
  • Strong understanding of global mobility programs, including citizenship by investment, golden visas, and residency solutions.
  • Proven ability to work with HNWIs and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
