Legal Counsel Retail 5+PQE

Our client is an internationally renowned brand that is synonymous with prestige and luxury. As part of their regional expansion, they are seeking a Legal Counsel to manage all legal, contractual, risk, compliance, and controls matters for their business.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in corporate law, compliance, competition/antitrust law, or employment law, along with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular collaboration with both the head office and regional counterparts.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A recognised degree in Law with a minimum of 5 PQE, gained with the corporate practice of a leading international firm or in-house with an enterprise that has international activities.
  • Experience in commercial law, either in general corporate, competition/anti-trust, or employment.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be efficient and hardworking.
  • Strategic thinking skills and be an excellent communicator and negotiator.
  • Project Management experience with strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
