  • Provides outstanding leadership by guiding and empowering staff, encouraging a collaborative environment, and developing talent to meet both personal and organizational objectives.
  • Supervises preventive and repair maintenance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and timely completion of work orders.
  • Monitors and manages training programs, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Efficiently plans and schedules maintenance activities, prioritising to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborates with production teams to minimize equipment downtime through effective communication and planning.
  • Enforces strict adherence to quality standards, promptly addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert during regulatory and customer audits.
  • Manages work order backlog, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of critical maintenance.
  • Develops and reviews performance plans, providing continuous feedback and support to staff.
  • Coordinates vendor and contractor selection to supplement maintenance resources as needed.
Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field is required.Experience:8+ years of maintenance or engineering related experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Minimum 3 years experience in managerial role.Proficiencies:
  • Proven ability to lead and manage technical staff, resolve complex technical issues, and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of facility maintenance, including sterile manufacturing process equipment. Strong skills in maintenance planning, scheduling, and prioritisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and achieve results.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
