- Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
