The Gift Fund Registry role involves facilitating gift-related approvals from NUS President and ensuring University's compliance with the relevant statutes, regulations, and governing policies.The role provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to these development-related functions and will be beneficial for someone who has an interest in philanthropy and aspires to build a career in development work.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGift Fund Registry
  • Facilitate the approvals of gift recording documents and naming recognition at the University, including flagging of risks associated with the gift.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on gift acceptance and naming recognition related matters.
  • Ensure that gifts are accepted in accordance with University statutes, policies and guidelines. Review, update and develop policies, processes and work on best practices related to gift fund registry.
  • Maintain relevant gift documents in the Gift Fund Registry.
  • Team members will also work on other related matters as required.
QualificationsRequirements
  • Experience in providing support to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
  • Proactive and meticulous.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Embrace continuous learning.
  • A desire to improve processes and operations, while leveraging technology.
  • A recognized university degree; candidates who possess a diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
